- ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; Dāwūd ibn ʿAmr al-Ḍabbī informed us; Mubārak Abū ʿAbd Allāh al-Makkī narrated to us; al-Ḥasan Abū Yūnus—known as al-Qawī—said: “He was a man of outstanding virtue, constantly engaged in ṭawāf; in the span of a single day and night he would complete two hundred and seven circuits around the Kaʿbah.”
٥٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الضَّبِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكٌ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَكِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ أَبُو يُونُسَ يَعْنِي الْقَوِيَّ قَالَ: وَكَانَ فَاضِلًا كَثِيرَ الطَّوَافِ، وَكَانَ يَطُوفُ فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ مِائَتَيْ سَبْعٍ "
