527 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Sayyār narrated to us; Jaʿfar narrated to us; Mālik ibn Dīnār (d. 86 AH) reported: “It is written in the Torah: Whoever has a neighbor who persists in sin yet does not restrain him becomes his accomplice.”
