503 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Abū Muʿāwiyah informed us; al-Aʿmash related, from Mālik ibn al-Ḥārith, who said:

Allah, exalted is He, declares: “Whoever is so occupied with remembering Me that he neglects to ask of Me, I shall grant him more than I grant those who do ask.”
