496 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; ʿAbd al-Samad informed us; ʿAbd Allah ibn Bakr al-Muzani told me. He said: I heard my father relate, from Luqman, who said:

“A father’s disciplinary blow to his child is like fertilizer for the crop.”
