- ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; a man—namely, ʿAlī ibn ʿAbd Allah—narrated to us; Yūnus ibn Sulaymān al-Ṣanʿānī narrated to me; Ibrāhīm ibn ʿUmar ibn Kaysān narrated to me, from his father, from ʿUmar ibn Abī Zayd, from Wahb ibn Munabbih, who said:
Jesus son of Mary, peace be upon him, said, “Truly I say to you: the outskirts of heaven are devoid of the wealthy, and it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter Paradise.”
٤٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أبِي، حَدَّثَنَا رَجُلٌ هُوَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي زَيْدٍ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِنَّ عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ قَالَ: بِحَقٍّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّ أَكْنَافَ السَّمَاءِ لَخَالِيَةٌ مِنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ، وَلَدُخُولُ جَمَلٍ فِي سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ أَيْسَرُ مِنْ دُخُولِ غَنِيٍّ الْجَنَّةَ "
