- ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Sufyan ibn Wakiʿ narrated to us; Ibrahim ibn ʿUyaynah informed us, from Waraqa, from Saʿid ibn Jubayr, from Ibn ʿAbbas, who said:
“Allah, Exalted and Majestic, revealed to Jesus: ‘Make Me, within your own soul, the focus of your deepest concern; store Me as a treasure for the Day you return; place your trust in Me and I will suffice you; and do not turn to anyone other than Me, lest I forsake you.’”
٤٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ وَرْقَاءَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: " أَوْحَى اللَّهُ (تعالى) إِلَى عِيسَى: اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ نَفْسِكَ كَهَمِّكَ، اجْعَلْنِي ذُخْرًا لِمَعَادِكَ، وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَيَّ أَكْفِكَ، وَلَا تَوَلَّ غَيْرِي فَأَخْذُلَكَ "
