Hadith 437: ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; al-Hasan ibn al-Rabiʿ related to us; Abu al-Ahwas narrated to me from Muhammad ibn al-Nadr al-Harithi, who said:
“Allah revealed to Moses, son of ʿImran: ‘Remain alert, and seek out close companions for yourself. Every companion who does not aid you in attaining My good pleasure is an enemy to you and only hardens your heart. Be among those who remember Me, so that you may merit the reward and receive even more bounty.’”
