Hadith 436: ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Ibrahim related to us; ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to me, saying, “I heard Muhammad ibn al-Nadr al-Harithi report that Rabiʿ ibn Khuthaym said: ‘Acquire religious understanding, and then withdraw.’”
