- ʿAbdullāh narrated to us—my father narrated to me—ʿAbdullāh ibn Ibrāhīm ibn ʿUmar ibn Kaysān narrated to us—ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Būdhariyyah informed us; he said: “In the Psalms of the House of David there are three maxims: Blessed is the one who does not tread the path of the sinners; blessed is the one who does not follow the command of the wrongdoers; and blessed is the one who does not sit in the company of the idle.”
٣٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بُوذَرَيْهِ قَالَ: " فِي زَبُورِ آلِ دَاوُدَ ثَلَاثَةُ أَحْرُفٍ: طُوبَى لِمَنْ لَمْ يَسْلُكْ سَبِيلَ ⦗٦٢⦘ الْخَاطِئِينَ، وَطُوبَى لِمَنْ لَمْ يَأْتَمِرْ بِأَمْرِ الظَّالِمِينَ، وَطُوبَى لِمَنْ لَمْ يُجَالِسِ الْبَطَّالِينَ "
