- ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Yaḥyā ibn Abī Bukayr narrated to us; ʿAbbād narrated to us, from al-Walīd, who said: I heard Khālid al-Ḥadhdhāʾ say:
“Whenever Jesus, son of Mary, dispatched his envoys, they would raise the dead. He would instruct them, ‘Say such-and-such, say such-and-such; and when you feel a shiver run through you and a tear forms, then supplicate at that very moment.’”
