2335 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Yaʿmur narrated to us; ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Abu Bakr ibn Abi Maryam al-Ghassani informed us; Hakim ibn ʿUmayr narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“Whenever a door of goodness is opened for a person, let him seize it, for he does not know when it may be closed.”
