2331 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Ismaʿil ibn Ibrahim narrated to us; Yunus informed us, from al-Hasan, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“The believer is the one with whom people feel secure. Behold! The muhājir (emigrant) is the one who forsakes wrongdoing. Behold! The Muslim is the one from whose harm his neighbor is safe. By the One in whose hand is my soul, no man whose neighbor does not feel safe from his mischief will enter Paradise.”
