2302 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; al-Hasan narrated to me; he said: Damrah wrote to us, from Yahya, from Abu ʿAmr al-Shaybani, who said: Whenever Ibn Muhayriz was praised to his face, he would grow angry and say, “What knowledge do you have? How could you possibly know?”
