2274 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; al-Walid narrated to us. He said: ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Tamim said, “I heard Bilal ibn Saʿd say:

‘O people destined for permanence, O folk of lasting existence! You were not created merely to amass wealth; rather, you are constantly being transferred from one abode to another: from loins to wombs, from wombs to the life of this world, from the life of this world to the graves, from the graves to the Place of Standing, and from the Place of Standing to the everlasting abode.’”
