2257 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; ʿAffān narrated to us; Sallām ibn Miskīn narrated to us; ʿImrān ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Ṭalḥah narrated to us. He said: “I witnessed that, for the sake of Allah, Saʿīd ibn al-Musayyib regarded his own life as less significant to him than the life of a fly.”
