2217 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Ḥusayn ibn ʿAlī narrated to us, from Layth ibn Abī Sulaym. He said: Mujāhid used to say, “The true jurist is the one who fears Allah—Exalted is He.”
