2215 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Yusuf al-Saffar narrated to me; Abu Bakr—that is, Ibn ʿAyyash—narrated to us; from Yahya al-Qattat; from Mujahid, who said:

“It will be ordered that a servant be taken toward the Fire. The Fire will then draw back, and he will say, ‘What is the matter with you, what is the matter with you?’ The Fire will answer, ‘He used to seek refuge from me.’ Thereupon it will be said, ‘Let him go on his way.’”
