2190 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; ʿAbd al-Razzaq narrated to us; Bakkar narrated to us, saying: I heard Wahb ibn Munabbih declare, “Neglecting to repay a favor is a form of taṭfīf (short-changing).”
