2166 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Wakiʿ narrated to us; my father and Israʾil narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Saʿid ibn Jubayr, concerning the Almighty’s words, “Rather, the human being wishes to persist in sin ahead of him” ⦗Al-Qiyamah 75:5⦘. He explained: “He keeps saying, ‘I will repent later.’”
