2143 – ʿAbdullah narrated to us; he said: al-Walid ibn Shujaʿ narrated to me; he said: al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated to me; he said: Zuhayr ibn Muhammad, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The believer in relation to another believer is like the head to the body.” Likewise, a believer feels pain for whatever afflicts the believers.
٢١٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ، حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «الْمُؤْمِنُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِ بَمَنْزِلَةِ الرَّأْسِ مِنَ الْجَسَدِ» كَذَلِكَ الْمُؤْمِنُ يُؤْلِمُهُ مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ "
