2142 – ʿAbdullah narrated to us; he said: Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Dawraqi related to me; he said: Abu Muʿawiyah reported; he said: al-Aʿmash, from ʿUmārah, from Yazīd ibn Muʿāwiyah al-Nakhaʿī, who said: “This worldly life was created only in small measure, and what now remains of it is but a small portion of that small measure.”
