2114 – ʿAbdullah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us; Musafir al-Jassas narrated to us. He said: Ibrahim used to supplicate, saying:
“O Allah, protect me—through Your Book and the Sunnah of Your Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him—from discord concerning the truth, from following passions without guidance from You, from the path of misguidance, from ambiguous matters, and from deviation, confusion, and contentious disputes.”
