2107 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; someone narrated to us; he heard ʿAbd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi report from Sufyan, from Abu Hayyan al-Taymi, from Ibrahim, who said: “Never have I compared my deeds with my words without fearing that I might be belieing them.”
