2041 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Wakiʿ narrated to us; from Hammad ibn Zayd; from Anas ibn Sirin; from the wife of Masruq, who said: “Masruq used to stand in prayer until his feet became swollen, and his wife would sit and weep over what he was doing to himself.”
