2026 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; al-Walid ibn Shujaʿ narrated to us; my father narrated to me; al-ʿAlaʾ narrated to me, from ʿAbd al-Karim al-Ayami, who said: “We used to go to Murrah al-Hamdani. He would come out, and we could see the marks of sujud (prostration) on his forehead, his palms, his knees, and his feet. He would sit with us for a brief moment, then rise again, and after that it was nothing but rukuʿ (bowing) and sujud (prostration).”
