2012 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Ibrahim related to me; Ibrahim ibn ʿAyyash narrated to us; Damrah narrated, from Asbagh—meaning ibn Zayd—who said: “What prevented Uways from coming to the Prophet ﷺ was nothing but his dutifulness toward his mother.”
