1987 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said, “Ahmad ibn Ibrahim narrated to me.” ʿAbd Allah ibn Jaʿfar al-Raqi narrated to us, Abu al-Malih narrated to us, from Yusuf ibn al-Hajjaj al-Anmaṭi, who said: I heard al-Rabiʿ ibn Khuthaym say, “To handle swine fat with my bare hand is dearer to me than to turn over nardashir (dice) with the palm of my hand.”
١٩٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الْأَنْمَاطِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الرَّبِيعَ بْنَ خُثَيْمٍ، يَقُولُ: «لَأَنْ أُقَلِّبَ بِيَدِي شُحُومَ خِنْزِيرٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أُقَلِّبَ بِكَفِّي النَّرْدَشِيرَ»
