1971 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; ʿAbd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Sariyyah al-Rabiʿ, that al-Rabiʿ would give an entire loaf in charity and would say, “I am ashamed for my charity to include even a broken piece.”
