1937 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Muhammad ibn ʿAli narrated to me; Saʿid ibn ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; from Nusayr; from Bakr, who said: al-Rabīʿ used to say to his servant, “Half of the work is my responsibility and half is yours, and the sweeping of the latrine is on me.”
