1742 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said: My father narrated to me; he said: Abu Kamil narrated to us; he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Shuʿayb ibn al-Ḥabḥāb, who said:

“One day Abu al-ʿĀliyah came to our house, and we wanted to lay on something special for him. He said, ‘Serve us some of the food you already have and do not put yourselves to any extra trouble.’”
