1582 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father related to me; Yazid narrated to us; Abu al-Ashhab informed us, from al-Hasan, commenting on the Almighty’s words, “And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth with humility” (al-Furqan 25:63). He said: “They are forbearing people who never act ignorantly, and if others act ignorantly toward them, they forgive.”
