1547 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, on the authority of al-ʿAlaʾ ibn al-Musayyab, from al-Hasan, who said: “An hour of reflection is better than an entire night spent standing in prayer.”
