ʿAbd Allah informed us; Ahmad related to me; Muslim transmitted to us; al-Sari ibn Yahya narrated, saying: “Al-Hasan would fast each year on the ayyām al-bīḍ (the three white days), during the al-ashhur al-ḥurum (the sacred months), and on Mondays and Thursdays.”
