1524 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; ʿAbd Allah ibn ʿUmar narrated to us; Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Ayyub, who said: I heard al-Hasan say, “The believer has adopted from Allah a refined etiquette: when Allah grants him abundance, he is generous, and when Allah withholds from him, he restrains himself.”
