1514 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Ibrahim ibn al-Hasan al-Bahili narrated to us; Ibrahim ibn Hammad narrated to us; from al-Hasan, who said: “How many people are being steadily ensnared by the very favors bestowed upon them! How many are put to trial by the praise showered upon them! And how many are deceived because their sins have been kept hidden from public view!”
