1510 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Yūnus ibn Muḥammad narrated to us; Ḥammād ibn Zayd narrated to us, from al-Muʿallā ibn Ziyād, who said: A man said to al-Ḥasan, “O Abū Saʿīd, I complain to you of the hardness of my heart.” He replied, “Draw near to the reminder—that is, to someone who engages in remembrance.”
