1489 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Jaʿfar ibn Muḥammad ibn Fuḍayl—one of the people of Raʾs al-ʿAyn—narrated to us; al-Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad ibn Aʿyan narrated to us; Zuhayr narrated to us. He said: I heard Abū Isḥāq say, “Al-Ḥasan al-Baṣrī resembled the Companions of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).”
