1464 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn Ibrahim narrated to us; ʿUthman ibn al-Yaman narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Musa, from al-Hasan, concerning His – Exalted is He – saying, “those who walk upon the earth with humility” (al-Furqan 25:63). He commented: “They are the forbearing.” And regarding His statement, “for He has always been Forgiving toward those who constantly turn back” (al-Israʾ 17:25), he said: “That is the one who directs both heart and deeds toward Allah – Exalted is He.”
