1461 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Rawḥ narrated to us; Hishām narrated, on the authority of al-Hasan, who said:
“By Allah, I met people who would never refuse a beggar without giving him something, and a man among them would leave his house instructing his family, ‘Do not turn any petitioner away.’”
