142 – ʿAbdallāh narrated to us; my father narrated to us. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān said: (it came) from Shuʿbah, from al-Aʿmash, from Abū Ṣāliḥ, from Abū Hurayrah, who related from the Prophet ﷺ:

“Whenever a company of people sit in a gathering without mentioning Allah therein and without sending blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, that meeting will become a cause of regret for them on the Day of Resurrection—even if they should enter Paradise by virtue of their other rewards.”
