1283 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Ḥusayn, in the Tafsīr of Shaybān, narrated to us from Qatādah, who said: He told us that Hārim b. Ḥayyān used to say, “Whenever a servant turns his heart toward Allah—Exalted is He—Allah turns the hearts of the believers toward that servant until He blesses him with their love and compassion.”
