1278 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; ʿAli b. Muslim narrated to me; Siyyar narrated to us; Jaʿfar narrated to us; Hisham b. Hassan narrated to us, on the authority of al-Hasan, who said: Harim b. Hayyan declared, “I seek refuge with Allah from being overtaken by a time in which the elder among them is consumed by long worldly hopes, the youth among them rebel, and their appointed terms draw near.”
