131. ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; Hudbah ibn Khālid told us; Hammad ibn Salamah narrated, from Sulaymān al-Taymī, from Abū ʿUthmān al-Nahdī, from Usāmah ibn Zayd, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

“I looked into Paradise and saw that the majority of its people are the poor. Then I looked into the Fire and discovered that most of its inhabitants are women. The affluent were being held back, while the disbelievers had already been ordered to the Fire.”
