1248 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Aswad ibn ʿAmir and ʿAffan narrated to us, both reporting: Hammad narrated to us—ʿAffan added in his version, “Thabit informed us”—that ʿAmir ibn ʿAbd Qays said to two of his cousins, “Entrust your affair to Allah—Exalted is He—and you will find relief.”
