1247 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Yaḥyā ibn Saʿīd narrated to me, from Ashʿath, from al-Ḥasan: ʿĀmir ibn ʿAbd Qays was sent to al-Shām, and he said, “All praise is due to Allah who has gathered me while I am mounted.”
