1226 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; Sayyār narrated to us; Jaʿfar narrated to us; Mālik narrated to us. He said: A certain woman said to ʿĀmir ibn ʿAbd Qays, “Why is it that I see people sleeping while I never see you sleep?” He replied, “ya bunayyah (my dear daughter), Jahannam (Hell) will not allow your father to sleep.”
