1197 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Abu Bakr narrated to us; Muʿalla ibn Mansur narrated to us, from Musa ibn Aʿyan; ʿAbd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn ʿAqil narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, from ʿUqayl, the freedman of Ibn ʿAbbas, from Abu Musa, who said: “I and Abu al-Dardaʾ were with the Prophet ﷺ, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, ‘Whoever safeguards what lies between his lips and his jaws will enter Paradise.’”
١١٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَعْيَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: كُنْتُ أَنَا وَأَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ، عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ حَفِظَ مَا بَيْنَ فَمَّيْهِ وَلِحْيَيْهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ» .
