1187 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; Muhammad ibn ʿAbd Allah ibn Numayr told us; Hafs narrated to us, from ʿUbayd Allah, from al-Qasim, who said: “Everything that distracts one from the remembrance of Allah—exalted is He—and from the prayer is maysir (gambling).”
