1150 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; my father narrated to me; ʿAffan ibn Muslim narrated to us; Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us; from Thabit; from Anas, who said: It was said to Abu Musa, “Ghazwan never laughs.” So he asked, “O Ghazwan, why do you not laugh?” Ghazwan replied, “Ha ha—of what use is laughter to me?”
