13 – Wakīʿ narrated to us; Sufyān narrated to us, from Muḥammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh—may Allah be pleased with him—who said:

“Never was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked for anything at all and then replied, ‘No.’”
